Feature:
The StroboStomp2’s die-cast aluminum chassis features industry standard Neutrik 1/4″ and XLR jacks , blue accent lighting and is finished in a Titanium Pearl coat that will keep it looking great even after years of getting stomped on.

100% True Bypass is accomplished via a rugged 3PDT stomp switch which allows the player to mute both regular and DI outputs to allow silent tuning to an incredible 0.1 cent accuracy. Sound:
Have been set mine for true bypass so sound isn’t an issue.

Ease of Use:
Took a few times to get used to the strobe display. You don’t have any problems with it now. Scrolling through the menu is simple enough.

Value:
A little pricy but worth it for the accuracy and abundance of features. Check latest price!

Overall:
Accuracy is paramount for tuners and the Peterson is the most accurate have ever had. Now these guitars are properly intonated. The difference is very noticeable. If all you need is a stage tuner then the Boss will work just fine but if you need something more accurate for intonating then the Peterson is the way to go.

Quality:
it is built like a tank, as are all other BOSS pedals. It is nice to use this as a mute switch to change guitars as well. It tunes very accurately, and the lights are easy to see. You can use it like a normal tuner, but if you’re more accustomed to a strobe tuner, it does it well, too. It also has a power output, so you can buy a daisy chain and power some more 9V stomp boxes or whatever. It is however a bit pricey; The probably wouldn’t spend this much money on it-a good friend gave me this one because he got another one and didn’t need two. But if you have the money, DEFINITELY go for it! You won’t be disappointed!

What can you say about the “Sound” of a guitar tuner, when it is on, you can have it mute your signal so you can tune quietly or you can bypass it so you can hear it. But they were unable to hear any change in tone whatsoever with it off. They use mine on a pedal board, early in the effects chain. Remember to always use your bridge pickup and turn your tone all the way down when you use an electronic tuner. Tuners are able to lock on to the much more stable signal when it hears low. Highs can confuse them and make them appear erratic.

Ease of Use:
It’s easy to use and easy to understand. Only spent five minutes with the manual and I was in the correct mode and ready to go.

Plug your guitar into the input socket and plug a cable from the output socket to your amp. However, that is if you want to tune your guitar silently. If you still want the signal to go through, plug the cable into the bypass socket then to the amp. If you didn’t understand that, don’t worry, it should come with a manual.

Value:
It’s just a little pricey. If it were in the $70 range, it would be prefect. Check latest price!

Desirability:
It’s built very well. It won’t let you down for quite a while. It’s a very handy thing to use on stage. It does the job it’s meant to and it doesn’t chew through the batteries (if you unplug it when not in use).
Overall:

The guitar can play pretty much everything, including drop tunings. This tuner there gets me there in a second.

Quality:
This one has proven to be worth the money. Most people talk down on Behringer because of their plastic construction, but don’t be fooled; these pedals are very well-built and strong.

Sound:
The pedal is noise free and very bright so you can see it very good in the dark. There is a digital display that displays the note/string and a light on either side to indicate sharp/flat.

Ease of Use:
This is the upgraded version of the TU100 tuner pedal that Behringer makes. It has 7 different tuning modes: chromatic, guitar, guitar flat, and guitar double flat, bass, bass flat, and bass double flat. Very easy pedal to use for both guitar and bass, and the flat and double flat modes make it easy to tune down to alternate tunings. It also has a bypass output jack.

Desirability:
For the budget guitarist, Behringer stomp boxes are the way to go. Low price does not mean low quality with the chromatic tuner mode. You can use that mode to tune to any tuning lower than a whole step down, because the pedal only has a built-in mode for a whole step down. Check latest price!
